Wow.......Where to start.... Very small. Front desk was very rude. Non smoking room with cig burns marks though out the beadspreads. Missing tile on the floor. Just all around dirty. People fighting all night . Pounding on doors and yelling all night. Old beds. NOT...NOT a place to bring children or your family. Don't except to get some sleep. For a $109.00 a night this not the place to stay. What a waste of money.........

The service desk was cordial enough to me but later I was there when a shouting match took place between another customer and an employee. Clearly the employee wasn't professional in his exchange with this person in fact he was quite rude.
As for the room...the bed was incredibly hard and during the night there was strange, loud noises that generated from inside the walls. When I came in to the room I found the microwave unplugged and I had to move it to the only outlet which then blocked my ability to walk from the bathroom to the bed.
I had looked forward to a bath instead of a shower but there wasn't a plug to use to fill the bathtub.
They did allow me to access the room earlier than their required check in time but it was on the third floor
( no elevator ) and the excuse given for my climbing 3 flights of stairs was because I had asked for
a ""no-smoking"" room. The comment made me feel a little like a second class citizen to say the least.
The TV had a very fuzzy picture on all channels and obviously needed
to be repaired or replaced.
Overall ,not a pleasant experience.
