        Residents of these homes let their dog wander out onto Garden just off of the park, the dogs poop all of the time in the street and wander around. Also, individuals often walk on the streets adjacent to the park and leave their shopping carts. They even throw their used up furniture out into the street. No excuse for any of the above.
