Bouquet Auto Parts

I shop here for my specialty tools, common auto parts, hard to find auto parts and for any technical help and services. The owner and staff really are passionate about cars and customer service. Bouquet Auto is MY STORE for all things cars and trucks.

We bought brake pads and paid in advance to have our rotors turned. Total bill was $222.46. We used the front pads but the back brakes were still good and there was no ware on the rotors. We tried to return the unused parts and service but was told they can only take a return between the hours of 8 and 12 because the manager has to be there to enter a code and those are the hours he works.

I try to support local business but any business that will only take a return for four hours a day isn't a business that cares about their customers.

I've spent well over $500 there in the last 2 months. Since I work out of town and can't get there during their tiny return window, I'll eat the $110. But I'll never spend a dime there again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always helpful and provide great advice for the do it yourself person.
