I have two 4 year old cats and have been taking them to this pet hospital for the past 3 years. I really appreciate the friendly and knowledgable staff, as well as the clean environment. I do wish they had a payment plan, but I understand they have a business to run and need payments upfront to cover the costs. I recently took my tortoise to this hospital because her eye was swollen and she would not open it. When I called the receptionist she was very helpful and nice. When I arrived I was in a room in less than five minutes and the veterinarian was in the room in the same amount of time. The Vet was very nice and was very knowledgeable.
