Drain Doctor came through once again.
Drain Doctor came through once again. Used them previously for a drain issue and because of their excellent service, decided to call upon them for some plumbing work. Scheduled Matt (Tech 309) for plumbing work in our laundry room. He arrived on time and immediately got to work once he sized up the situation. He was professional yet personable and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. Their pricing is within industry standard and and will call on Drain Doctor (Santa Clara) for any future plumbing needs.

Called the Drain Doctor early this…
Called the Drain Doctor early this morning and explained that my toilet was not flushing like it should. About 2 years ago they sent a man out who removed the toilet and put a camera down the drain pipe and then cleared the drain. That worked (somewhat) for the next couple of years. After calling they sent a man (#33 Brian) to my house. He never removed the toilet but instead turned on the water in the sink and the shower and found that they were draining properly. He then put a snake down into the toilet and was able to clear the (stuff) and that's what did the job. It works like new again. Got to thank Brian for a job well done and it only cost me $95 compared to $550 two years ago.

I had detected water leakage underneath…
I had detected water leakage underneath my kitchen floor. The service technician #51 (Bobby) arrived within 35 minutes after I called. He found the leak at the adjacent bathroom toilet. The leak is fixed. He really did an excellent job. The repair was great. I'm happy with the service and would recommend it.

We called to unblock a couple of drains. No. 51 came and he was quick, efficient and polite. We will certainly call him again when we need plumbing help.

had a bathtub plumbing leak late in the evening so i called up drain doctor to have it taken care of right away the next day. the phone service was very courteous and helpful and promised that i'd have some one at my door early next morning.
the next morning the phone service called me up and told me the plumber was going to be late. ok, no problem. our plumber showed up shortly and began looking at my problem. bobby (#51) got right on the job and found the problem immediately and had no issues fixing it. he even walked me through what he was going to do and gave me tips and suggestions on other issues i had with my bathtub. very helpful.
afterwards, drain doctor even followed up with a phone call asking me how things went.
overall drain doctor is very customer oriented and professional. would work with them again.
the only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars was because i had the coupon that was available on this website but it was not accepted by the plumber. he indicated that the quote on the contract had already included the discount. not sure if this was true or not. -

Called Drain Doctor - they had Frank out here within 35 mins and he had the problem fixed and I had hot water agin for the first time in days. Would use them again!!

Quick and Effective Repair by Drain Doctor
At 2:00 am on the Sunday morning, my main line drain got backed-up and no toliets worked and water was coming up and out of my shower and bath tub. I had company arriving at 11:00 am to celebrate my son's birthday. I called several plumbers and so-called "24x7 Emergency" drain fixers, but nobody answered. When Drain Doctor called me back, they said they could have someone at my house first thing in the morning. Not only were they on time, they were 15 mnutes early, which was great considering I had company coming over. The technician, Bobby #51, quote dme a fair price, worked quickly and cleanly, and repaired my drain in half an hour. I had time to clean my bathrooms before my guests arrived and the party was a lot of fun -- Thanks to Drain Doctor and Bobby! I would definately reccomend Drain Doctor and call them again if the problem reoccurs.

Water-Heater Replacement
I called the Drain Doctor on a Sunday because my water heater was leaking. They were able to schedule an appointment that day and came out promptly. The work was professionally done and the plumber had a great attitude. He successfully installed the heater according to code.
I have used Drain Doctor on a number of occasions when I've had plumbing problems and will continue to do so.

Technician arrived 45 minutes after I called. Established the problem right away. Replaced my wax ring and snaked out the problem in less than an hour. Price was a little steep, but overall very quick and efficient establishment...

Clogged tub/shower
I fretted about this because I thought it was going to cost an arm and leg. I finally decided on Drain Doctor and a very nice female told me she could have someone out within about 45 min. I asked her to call me so I could put my dog in the kennel and she did so. My tech was Bobby and he was extremely polite and efficient. He even cleaned up the gunk after pulling out a gigantic wad of hair. I was so relieved and the price was very competitive and fair. I called another plumber about four hours ago but I never even got a call back from them. I like the character in the ads and on the truck, he looks like the "Keep on Truckin" dude except he would be "Keep on Snakin" I guess.

Drain Doctor fixed it!
San Jose Water Company told me that I had a leak in my water line late Friday afternoon. I called Drain Doctor, and they immediately sent someone out to take a look. The problem was complicated, and they had to get special parts to fix it the right way. They found the parts (special size pipe), were on the job first thing in the morning (lots of digging involved), and had it fixed within a couple of hours.
