Lots of variety
This place had a mixture of North and South Indian food according to the food tags on the buffet. The lamb and chicken masala were saucy and tasty with the fried or baked naan provided. There's also a handful of different curries for the curry lovers. There's 1 BIG catch -- bring some anti-bacterial spray. The bathroom is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. I've been to 3rd world countries where their bathrooms were cleaner than this one! This establishment could have been a 4-star but the bathroom brought it down 1 star. I would deduct 2 stars but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

One of the worst Indian restaurants in Santa Clara AVOID!!

This is one of the worst Indian restaurants out there in Santa Clara, very expensive poor quality food, attitude that customer is always wrong and with very poor service, the managemnent is totally lame and have no idea about hospitality industry....the surdarji over there are totally clueless, with such poor service and attitude towards customers, I see a very slim chance of them surviving another year...to add on top, they also do not honor their own gift certificates, speaks a lot about them, AVOID at ALL COST!!

Buffet to salty.

I love Indian Food, but I have never tasted Indian food this salty. It was like someone threw in handfuls of extra salt into about half the dishes and ruined them on purpose. On the bright side, no problem not overeating at the buffet. I could not even force this poor food down.

Had the lunch buffet here over the weekend. It was crowded with about 3 different parties going on in different areas of the restaurant, but we were promptly seated. The decor of the restaurant is nice.\r There are a lot of different dishes in the buffet, but nothing extraordinary. The food was below average and most of the items were cold. \r They bring you naans to your table - once. You literally have to ask 3 different waiters / servers if you need anymore. The service is absolutely horrible. There are about 5 guys in uniform just walking around that don't seem to be doing anything, just pretending to be busy. They don't check on you at all. If they don't want to keep bringing naans then maybe they should just incorporate them into the buffet. \r We will not be going to this location again. Have been to the Fremont / Newark Bombay Garden and the service and food was much better there.

I used to come to the indian restaurant at this location before it was Bombay Garden, and I must say, the change was great! I thought it was good before, but the tastes of the food are really much better now. The lamb korma we had was absolutely delectable and creamy, and the aloo gobi was also quite savory. The stuffed naan was also a real treat and not as greasy as a lot of places.\r \r They had some indian music videos on the flatscreen and although the music was quite foreign to these American ears, the videos were great - very amusing and definitely one of the things we remember fondly from Bombay Garden. It's my go-to Indian Food restaurant now.
