Having booked thousands of meetings through out the years through out the Bay Area - NEVER have I had the extreme pleasure of saying there wasn't one thing amiss. KUDOS to the Catering staff from the Manager, Amy to Sayid the Banquet Captain, to Catalina our server to the Front Desk and up to and including the AP/AR Team there wasn't anything they wouldn't or couldn't do for us. Our Seminar was a huge success due to their compentancy. It was a stress free experience all the way...

I have had the pleasure of using the Biltmore's event space for professional monthly meetings for the past five years. They are extremely accommodating and the service is exceptional. From the front desk, to the bell hop, to the hotel staff who sets up for meetings, and the management, I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my time there and have continuously received positive feedback from the meeting attendees in regards to the hotel. Additionally, I have used the hotel sleeping rooms for myself as well as for many out of state professionals/speakers and we all have been extremely pleased. They are very clean and well maintained. Amy in particular is an extraordinary staff member. I truly feel that she has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure that I was accommodated in every way possible. I will continue to use the Biltmore's for both meeting rooms and sleeping rooms for years to come and would recommend this place to anyone else!

Not a bad place to go

Stopped by the Biltmore for a short conference. I liked the ambiance. Staff were friendly and greeted me. I am not crazy about the location off the highway but it's convenient, close to the airport, and within driving distance of the silicon valley ecosystem. Food was middle of the road, but enjoyable. Great place for a Seminar!

We hold three 2 day seminars at the Biltmore a year. The prices are good and the service is good. I recommend them as a good place to hold your seminars/meetings/conferences. Ellen, the Conference Services Manager is very nice to work with.

Everything we needed and more in a lovely suite

We needed a suite right after my daughter had surgery. This hotel was perfect for her recuperation, and the manager Monty was especially kind to us. The suite had a private bedroom where my daughter could sleep with a separate living room that had a very comfortable bed for me. She even had her own access to the bathroom without having to go through the living room. Ben and Jerrys ice cream for sale in the lobby was an added bonus as were the free chocolate chip cookies put out in the lobby at night for guests. We called for extra pillows late one night -no problem. Free Internet was helpful in order to receive all the well wishes from friends. Two restaurants with room service also helped so we did not have to leave our daughter to get food. Monty went out of his way to assist us when my sister came to help out and needed a room. He extended a discount and checked her in by phone and made sure the room was waiting and her keys all ready at the front desk. Going through surgery out of town with a child is a stressful time, and our stay at the Bilmore helped make it much more tolerable. I highly recommend a stay there.
