This is a great location and the service was seemingly friendly during a rental car return...until the agent went over the car with a magnifying glass and went out of his way to find something wrong with the car!!! I've rented dozens of cars from Avis in various parts of the country and I've never had so much trouble returning a car. The agent accused me of being responsible for pre-existing marks on the car. I took extra special care of the car, e.g. parked it on the other end of a parking lot with no other cars around and I know that nothing happened to it while on my watch. These cars often have dings and scratches when they're picked up!!! I know times are tough right now, but is this any way to deal with a frequent renter that didn't do anything in the first place!!!
