        The Worst Admostphere I've ever experience

        Went to Studio S for a haircut, and relax after a stressful day. I was greeted by a great kid, great manner and great service. Got an appointment right away. I was offer for refreshment by Ed right away. Dwight and great stylist gave me an amazing hair cut. But the worse experience started by the Stylist right next to him. The worse person on earth. All hormonal, demanding so much from sweet Ed and the talking horrible thing about this kid. My temper was rising by the minute. I don't understand people like Cindy Ringa, unhappy and taking her anger on this poor kid. Ed is a great asset to this Salon but people like Cindy will ruin any experience for new clients. I just move to Santa Barbara and I will never go back to that Salon. I hope the owner knows what he or she has at the front desk. I have never being at a hair salon, where the Receptionist is so welcoming and gives such an amazing costumer service. Hope Ed wakes up and goes to another Salon where he will be treating with more respect. Shame on Cindy Ringa. She needs to open her eyes and know what she has answering the phones and welcoming her clients. A Great Kid with a beautiful personality and OUTSTANDING customer service.

        Wonderful people and great service

        I have been going to Barbara for cuts and colors for several years and I have always been impressed with her experience, judgment and pleasant demeanor. The receptionist is also charming and helpful. Highly recommend Barbara and the salon!
