We purchased a Toyota Camry 2011 from Automax . Overall a very positive sales experience from a team that does everything possible to make sure a customer leaves satisfied with the experience. Short story is that if you want to work with a responsive, low pressure, straight forward, customer-focused group of people, this is the place to visit. Here are the details. We saw a car online that was of interest to us. Because we live out of town decided to give contact the dealership to learn more. The internet sales manager, Michael, was extremely helpful. He was professional and polite and responded to our inquiry promptly, and gave us very honest answers to our questions. When I called him on the phone to ask if the car looked as good as it did in the photos, he took the time to walk out look it over and come back with an assessment of it. We drove from Las Vegas to Santa Ana, CA to see the car. Michael met us and all that we were told about the quality of the car was true. Because we had interest in the car he introduced us to one of their sales people, Mario. His sales style was low pressure, credible and honest. We test drove the car and went home to think about it and compare it to others we were considering. During the week a few questions came up about the car. Mario understood that my work week was busy and although he had my mobile phone number responded to my questions by e-mail (as requested). He was extremely responsive and here to help. No pressure, not hassle, just out to see if he can help a person find a car that works for them. The negotiation process was done mostly by e-mail and was basically painless. Unlike other dealerships we had contacted, there was no desire to play games or use hardball negotiation tactics. When it came time to close the transaction he made sure that all of details of the transaction were addressed including a very minor cosmetic repair were done to our satisfaction.
I had the pleasure of speaking and working with the exceptional Michael from Internet Sales. He asked me what was important to me and made sure everything I wanted was ready for my visit to the dealership the next day. Michael had the vehicle ready when I arrived, we test drove it and went right in to financing without any issues. Dave took care of the financing and he was also exceptional and really cared about me and how I wanted to pay. He took his time and explained everything to me and had me out of there as soon as possible. He handed me back off to Michael who had the car detailed and everything done on the car while I was in with Dave. The entire process was smooth and I really appreciated the exceptional customer service by both . Thank you.
Un amigo me recomendo este dealer por el buen precio que dan y a pesar de ser carros usados estan en buenas condiciones y no te estafan como en otros dealers. Ya he comprador carros usados anteriormente en otros dealers pero me han sacado un ojo de la cara. Hace un tres meses compre una Nissan Armada y hasta el momento cualquier pregunta que tengo ellos dan la caray no se esconden como en otros dealers que te venden el carro y despues ya ni te conocen. Los dueños no son latinos pero te atienden mejor que tu propia raza. El vendedor Mario que es latino me hablo derecho y sin rodeos como le Deben de hablar a uno a la hora de comprar y sin econder nada, Les recomiendo este dealer en toda la extension de la palabra!
