Sergio's Hair Studio

I had the worst experience with sergio and blanca and I plan to enform the better buisness burrow they fried my hair and that lady blanka was a joke i think sergio need's to put her in her place i have never witnessed some one as conceded as her and i thought i loved to look at my self in the mirror nothing compared to her while she is drying your hair he needs that show to come and train him and his staff in better customer service" tabathas take over"

THIS PEOPLE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They do not have any consideration for their customers. they make decisions about your hair without consulting their client. I went to get color and highlights they failed to inform me that the tips of my hair will fall off if the color my hair!! First off, I waited an hr before they even sat me on the chair. Then while they were coloring him hair Sergio and Blanca were too busy gossiping and completely ignoring their clients. Then they start talking in another language so we( the clients) could not understand them. While I was sitting there they were bad mouthing other clients. Saying that their hair was going to turn green and gain that the tips of their hair was going to break off. Also talking about their clients personal lives. while Blanca washing my hair, she made a comment to Sergio about what a bad job he had done when I said something they right away said they were talking about something else. After I was waiting for Sergio to cut my hair I noticed when I ran my finger through my hair, MY HAIR WAS just falling out. My hair was WHITE and when I pulled it, it would just fall out. When I asked Blanca she was so rude and said that my hair was so damaged, then said that Sergio was too busy with another client to come and asses the situation and walked away. Sergio complete ignored the situation and turned around. Blanca was laughing while I was talking to Sergio about my hair. Both Sergio and his assistants didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t care to even try to make it better. This is the worse salon that I’ve ever been to. The place is dirty not to mention the extremely poor customer service.
