    My husband was so mad at me that I took my car to ICC body shop because he wanted me to take it to his friends shop across town. Thank you ICC for getting my rental car for me, explaining everything in detail, delivering on every promise, keeping me informed, detailing my car and the big whammy, repairing the car so good my husband forgot what side you fixed. HA!

    Getting your car fixed in a body shop is…

    Getting your car fixed in a body shop is worse then going to the dentist. I always get screwed by body shops. This is the first time in the 30 years I have had a drivers license that I picked up my car from a body shop and it actually worked. Nothing is wrong and it is clean and looks like a new car. Thank you ICC.

    I unfortunately had to use them twice…

    I unfortunately had to use them twice for two accidents in 4 years (neither one my fault fortunately). Both times they did a fabulous job. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. Also, they will wax and detail your car every 6 months thereafter for 3 times, for free. I just did my first detail with them; the car looked like it's brand new. The paint was... read more so-o-o smooth. My husband wants to bring his car in for their detail service even though he didn't need any body work done.



    They are an authorized repair shop on Mercury Ins' list. That's how I found out about them before.

    I just bought my BMW 550 for my Christmas present, loved my car, bad news, wrecked it on New Years Eve.....major bummer.....i didnt want this car afterall I just bought it. My girl friend told me to take my baby to Crevier and they sent me to ICC. I was so set on getting rid of the car and buying a new one when Farmers Insurance told me I had to fix it.... read more the guys over at ICC were really professional, they explained everything while my Insurance Company just left me hanging out to dry. Dan was really helpful at ICC and fixed my baby right up. i have been driving it now for a few months now and it rides like new. thank you Dan, and thank you too ICC. Farmers can suck it.

    Everyone at this shop was great girls at the front desk, but Abel Ramirez was more then helpful he was great I would totally come back. The service from Abel was awesome truly polite and helpful.

    NEVER SEND YOUR CAR THERE!

    NEVER SEND YOUR CAR THERE!! I went there because Crevier BMW recommended them. My brand new 2012 car was damaged two days after I bought it. I thought it would be easy to determine where the damage was and what needed to be fixed because they were supposedly "BMW experts." I was called and told to pick up my car two months later and had to wait in the waiting room for almost... read more an hour and a half because the tires were flat and the window was off the track (why would they call and say it was done?). I got in the car and there was still glass chips on the carpet. The crew had ripped my leather seats, they had stained some of the upholstery and there were still items that I was "promised" would be complete that was not. The manager then came out to explain that he would get these fixed. I dropped my car off the second time only to come pick it up again with door dings in place. Remind you I only had my new car for 2 days before it was damaged!! Then I dropped it off again to have the dings taken out. When I picked it up again I then noticed that the convertible top that they had replaced no longer worked. All of the items they fixed with "new" pieces, now had damages adjacent and next to them because of the technicians poor workmanship. I was then promised that ALL of these items would be fixed. I had kept my cool throughout the process, the manager, Donald was great. I was called a month later to pick up the car. I did only to discover, Donald no longer worked there and ALL of the promised fixes were not done. I now have a brand not so new 2012 BMW that has scratch, dents, dings, and stains all in it, not from the original incident but from ICC. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! I have yet to talk to someone there that is willing to help me.

    Extremely Pathetic service

    I was looking to rate these $%#$&& with some numbers that are in negative. Dont you ever wanna go to these bluff masters.....extremely pathetic service.....no commitment....top notch liers........they are all set to rip you off....Iam sure the reviews with 5 stars must be from their own lousy employees. In May of 10, i bumped my bmw 5 series approx. @ 15 mph (during yeild at the red light) into another car. As a... read more result my front bumber, grill, right head light got damaged (apparently). I took my car to Crevier(another bunch of Lairs) who recommended me to ICC. The ICC lady at Crevier throughout lied to me that ICC is BMW certified collision centre...(infact they are not). She got me signed some forms without telling or giving me the details about what do the form really say...(including if i opt not to have the repairs from ICC i will have to pay ICC $2500 for no reason) By the time they made my estimate it was around $15000 and thats just for me bumping my car @ 15 MPH. Iam sure crevier and ICC they are both involved in screwing their cutomers...cause they have their wasted interest in it. I did complain about the estimate they have made to the ICC manager Donald (another idiot) who threatened me that if i dont approve their nonsence estimate and replacement of all parts, they will not repair my car. The funny part is that their rep Leo gave me diff. delivery dates and they took 30 days to repair my car. If any one of you have further qs. please contact me before going to ICC.....These people are all set to screw you!!

    Very professional and helpful

    The person who hit my daughters car's insurance company was awful and wouldn't cover the damages. My insurance company took over the claim and was fabulous. ICC was excellent both times I used them. Very professional and helpful. -JoAnn V.

    good as it could possibly be...

    ICC completed the repair of my car in a timely manner. The quality of the repairs are as good as it could possibly be and the service as outstanding. I would recommend ICC to everybody I know for any repairs. -Julie V.
