        Late Fees

        They use to have an advertisement that stated that they dropped the late fees...well the lied. If you are late by one week (which they state isn't a problem) the automatically bill your account the full amount of the product and tack on a $1.00 re-stocking fee. What a rip. I now recommend Netflix.
