Have bought several vehicles at US1 CDJ since 2001, they have done all the service work as well. Always a great experience in both sales and service. Highly recommend



On the 2nd of September 2015 I went to the Tom Smith trade in center here in Sanford NC the informed me they are the used car lot for CDJ on Hawkins Street. I've never felt so downgraded they started to take my information without telling me until I asked them what it was for. They ask me if I sell drugs as a second income. "That any income would help." Then they had me sign 3 forms that I never got a copy of or read it. After all of that I told them I want to drive the 2012 Chevy they keep say "not unless you buy it" how im I going to buy something I may not like.... finally they were going to let me drive the chevy but they weren't going to give me my license back until afterwards. Really how I'm I suppose to test drive a car without my license..... since I left that day I have not felt right I'm worried about my personal information!!!! The guys where straight up disrespectful just because I'm Hispanics doesn't mean anything I don't sale drugs!!! I am a honest, hard working, professional!!!! They need to learn some ethics then just maybe I'll do business with this dealership.



It's only been a day since I purchased my new Chrysler 200.

The process was painless. I started with an internet search. This is one of many dealers who responded. Bill was very helpful and patient. I live a hour and a half away. I was upfront with Bill and told him I am rebuilding my credit. I did not want to waste his time or mine. Any paperwork required I was able to email to him. He knew I was looking for a 2013 or 2014. He called and told me I was approved..he also ran the numbers on a 2015 which I thought would be over my budget. Chrysler was offering $4000 rebates on 2015 models. Bill called and said come to the dealership and pick out the car I wanted. They close at 8pm and I told him we could be there by problem. I never felt rushed or pressured...was able to take a test drive. I ended up with a new car and a complete warranty which puts my mind at ease. This was not a planned purchase but my 2005 Town and Country died. I worked with Justin the finance manager....who was great...(if you go there tell him I sent you���� It was a pleasure working with Bill and Justin. I left very satisfied and I do not have buyer's remorse. They also had a huge inventory of cars. Check the internet. They have internet pricing. Was worth the drive!



My son bought a used car there. almost two weeks later they claimed their bank would not approve the financing -so he HAD to return the car that day even though he was at work over two hours away. so he took off work to drive back and when he got there the finance guy-Oliver- was rude and acted like a real jerk. And then they proceeded to tell him that they couldn't refund his down-payment that day as whoever needed to sign the refund wasn't in and he would have to come back the following day for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!



I drive 40 minutes to get to this place I have been told twice to come pick up my vehicle to get there and find out its not there...please please please shop else where...they told my friend he owed negative equity he went elsewhere and was positive 2500...

Don't deal with this dealer!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Received vehicle 4/2010. In shop on 5/2010 for transmission problems. The tranny has been replaced 5 times since then and is in the shop RIGHT NOW due to the same issues. A few months ago, we contacted the dealer and was advised this was the nature of business and there was nothing they could do. The warranty company became upset when we asked for a rental while our vehicle was displaced and told us if this problem happened again, we would be refunded our money and dropped. Ummm, it makes sense to replace the transmission with new parts to me, to avoid further costs. The warranty company says it is too costly to do that. I guess they would rather continue to waste our time, theirs, and pay cost and labor several times over for used pieces and a declined in business reputation. We were referred by a relative of the manager, which was the worst mistake we have EVER made. Amongst other problems with the DEALER far too wordy to discuss.....please, unless you have money to throw away and time to waste, I recommend avoiding these scammists.

So far, so good

We've had a good experience so far. Tony was our sales rep and he was down-to-earth, friendly, and didn't feed me any lines. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make me happy with my purchase.

We live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and made the trip b/c of the internet pricing. Once I made my purchase, Tony drove the 1 1/2 hours to deliver my vehicle personally. That's service!

I asked that my Honda be thoroughly reviewed and had a few issues checked out before delivery. The Service Dept at US1 employs some of the most customer oriented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Travis especially is amazing. He really takes pride in his work and even though he doesn't generally work on Hondas, he made every effort to attend to my concerns.

I've had my SUV for one day, so I can't attest to any concerns that might pop up, but for now... I'm happy.
