I cannot praise this dealership enough! I had spent several years shopping for a new car, and I am not exaggerating when I say I visited well over 15 dealerships. At first, the other dealerships seemed nice and friendly, but once they realized I had a trade in issue, they would suddenly never call me back or make an effort to help me. Fields was amazing; that WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me, even with my difficult circumstances. They remained friendly and professional throughout, and even located the manual transmission I wanted in another state and brought it back for me a day later! I was absolutely thrilled with their service and how helpful they were to me. Mr. John Murphy, the Used Cars Manager, is an absolute gem...he really went above and beyond to help me out and make a deal work for me. Now I have the car I've dreamed about for 15 years, and it's all because of Mr. Murphy, Leslie in sales, and all the wonderful folks at Fields who helped make it happen. When I decide to upgrade, I don't care if I live across the country, I will definitely come back to Fields to purchase my next car. If you're in the market for a new car or truck, please save yourself a huge headache and visit Fields in Sanford FIRST! You won't regret it! They are truly wonderful!!!!

After my experience with their service department today, I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet . On first call, I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They answered promptly and were very professional. I spoke to a customer care professional by the name of Ty. He was on the ball. He took my basic information and assisted me with directions to their facility. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly. It was nice to be able to ask for someone by name. It alleviated the unnecessary explaining and re-explaining of the issue to multiple service personnel. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. There was complimentary refreshments, big screen LCD televisions, and very comfortable chairs that afforded even a bigger person like myself enough room to sit and not feel crowded in. We were experiencing some bouncing in the front end of the truck at 40-45 mph. We had the truck tested and it proved to be wheel issues. We got in a small accident in our brand new 2010 Prius on a trip from Tennessee to Florida. We called our insurance company and filed a claim, David Maus Collision was one of the approved repair facilities. Having lived in Orlando for 6+ years prior to moving to TN we had heard of David Maus Toyota and were confident that they would take care of our vehicle. We drove it to the collision center on Monday morning, Jon took a look @ the vehicle and made an appointment for us to bring it back the next day (Tuesday). We took the vehicle in the next day, by 11am on Wednesday Morning the vehicle was done, it looked perfect! This ordeal could of easily ruined our Vacation, but it didnt, and we believe it was because of the excellent service @ David Maus :) . I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who has been in an accident in their Toyota :)
Since I didn't see any new 2016 review I decided to write one, I just came in off the street and requested that all my four tires which I brought with me be mounted and balanced on my Honda. In just minutes my car was inside the bay lifted on jacks and in the air, the wheels removed by 3 employees who each had coordinated the job very quick and professionally , Everything took less than 15-20 minutes in total. The cost was also at least half of what even Walmart would charge, and without the long waiting and their paperwork. It really felt as if they been doing it for a very long time. Really Quick in and out with a Great service and at very great and fair price. I doubt You'll find a tire place like this in today's business environment . Anything you need with tires, just head to their location in Sanford Ave.

After speaking GTW they took immediate action and had my truck fixed within 24 hours. I later found out that the bill had I went to a repair shop would have cost in the neighborhood of $1,000. After speaking with Mike, I had a rental vehicle to use for the day and my truck returned the next day. After buying numerous vehicles in the past in Volusia County, there is no doubt I would purchase another vehicle from Gibson Truck World in the future. A special thanks to Mike and Yves. I bought my 2016 Subaru Outback in December 2015. Because I had 2 horrendous experiences with Space Coast Honda (lying, deceitful employees) I was not looking forward to buying another car. As it turned out, I am ecstatic that this whole process was straightforward. The internet price was exactly the same as the sales contract. No hidden charges, no paper shell game. I've been back to the service department for my first oil change service and again, no drama. The check in process was efficient and the car was ready when promised. It's a shame I can't get this same level of service closer to home, but it's worth the drive to do business with an honest dealership.
I've been getting my car serviced here for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to wait longer than I expected and I don't even mind waiting because the waiting area is clean and bright with all the comforts of home. They have wifi and desks where you can plug in your laptop, a sitting area with a big screen TV, coffee, donuts, etc. I never miss work to get my car serviced because I can work from the waiting area. They give me regular updates on their progress and their work is always top quality. My car is fixed right the first time.
This is a small mom and pop place. The people are friendly and ready to help you out. I was very cautious at first because this is my first time going to a used tire store. First the owner brought me back to pick a tire, which looked brand new. 10 minutes later the tire was on my car and I was out. If you don't want to deal with paying high premium prices, sales A** Holes, and don't want to wait around for hours for your car to get serviced and then to find out they spent most of their time inspecting you car for other problem that will cost 100s, I highly recommend Driver Tires.
I kid you not, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon AND they were busy!! I spent $70 on an awesome pair of barely used tires 6 months ago and don't regret a thing. This place was recommended by ANOTHER used tire place in Sanford when they didn't have my particular hard to find tires, this is the recognition and reputation they have. The owner was extremely courteous and even allowed me to dispose of my own tires!! Thank you!!!
