Thrifty Car Rental

Wish I could give less than one star. Customer service was absolutely horrible after they arrived almost 2 hours late to work. Suppose to open at 8 am agent arrived at 9:50. Will never use thrifty again!

I want to say ****Warning Do Not rent from Thrifty*** We reserved our car 2 months in advance when we booked our trip. When we arrived at the airport we were advised the plane was running late. we called to let the Thrift customer service know that we were still on our way. When we reached our destination and went to the rental car counter we were told that becasue we were late they rented our car and that the only thing left was a bigger car at twice the rental price. The manager Carol said she waited for us and that was our only option. so we went from 162.00 to 350.00. a month after my trip to Orlando, fl and stayed in Dayton beach we received a letter from Thrifty that we owe toll charges for unpaid tolls in South Beach, Fl more than 4 hours away from where we were. I plan to dispute this since as you can see we did not go to South Beach. What a Ripoff thrifty has been for us.
