We have utilized Sunstate Awnings on three occasions and each has been a very good experience. Most recently we had awnings installed on several windows and in two patio areas. The ordering was easy, the measurements were made when scheduled, and the installation occurred when scheduled as well. Because of changes that we made to the order, the installations occurred on two different dates and the owner, Mark,worked with us to make these changes possible. He was friendly and professional in all of our dealings with him. We would like to commend the two installers, Darrell and Travis who were very profesional and took the time to answer any questions that we had and took all the necessary steps to insure that we were completely satisfied with the results. The finished product is beautiful and very well constructed. We are completely pleased and would gladly recommend to others.

We experienced quality service from Sunstate Awning when they installed our awning at Buca Di Beppo. The awning looks great and adds to the distinction of our building very nicely.

I had sunbrella curtains made for the lanai. It has been one problem after another. They don't return phone calls and have done a lousy job of making the curtains operable. I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone.

After installation, a problem occurred. Numerous calls went unreturned, or when returned, false promises were made. Even after person finally came to observe issue, his promise to quickly address it was unrealized as well. Sad to say, I cannot recommend this company at all and will not use them in the future.
