Our location is near Seminole County Schools, one mile from Sanford Zoo and Sanford Marina, and only 30 minutes from several gorgeous beaches.         1. The first drawback is that the actual complex was built in a swamp and there are bugs crawling every place outside and they make it inside your appartment and on you when you are walking to and from your car, specifically at night. I could look out at night at the lights in the parking lot and it looked like it was raining really bad but it was actually the bugs. I could live with the bugs but I wish I knew how bad they were.



        2. Regatta Shores management is all about money and they will charge you as much as they can for anything they can get from you.



        2.A. Water/Sewer bill is independant of the rent. I was in the unit about 5 days a month for several months and I was still charged $30 to 40 dollars per month.



        2.B. Deposit - Do not expect to get it back!!! They will ask you to pay for an expedited cleaning service - If you do not take it they will charge you for everything they canget to get that deposit money.



        3. Garbage - $25 per month

        Don't lose ur money & credit

        I had appartment in Regatta Shores for a year it was the worst experience I 1ever had, Thier management is worse the pretend to be very nice before you get in once you are in they are very nasty. After refuse to sign a new lease and left they send me bill for almost 2000 for resurfacing the bathtub and repairs even through I paid all the rent on times. When I refuse to pay they send that bill to a collection agency when I asked for proof collection agency told me they are going to find it. But after few weeks collection agency reported to my credit. All this for nothing don't lose your credit, its not worth or renting from Regatta Shores
