Dr Bruce is the best vet I've ever had, a lifetime of many animals. He saved my papillon after he was picked up by a hawk and I can't tell you the support and love his whole staff gave me including dr Bruce and his partner giving me their private cell phones if I needed reassurance over the weekends of this six month ordeal. I never would have made it - possibly nor my dog.... Without him. I'll never go to any other vet and yeah he's a grouch old dude but so was my dad and underneath all that is a very cool guy.

I am truly astonished by the horrific remarks left by other "users" of this vet. I have had the tremendous pleasure of using this vetinerary clinic for almost ten years. I have never had anything but the best experience with Dr. Bruce Mills and his staff. Although he is too proud of man to say this, I have found out that the man is a true Patriot having served as an Army Corpsman during Vietnam. He is a genuine, kind hearted man who has treated me and my daughters with the utmost respect and most impotantly treated my pets as his own.



Now for those of you who have come on this site to claim you are K9 Trainers, a Marine K9 trainer no less, which i am certain is the same person, let me be the first to call BS on you. I know for a fact that Dr. Bruce Mills would never, I repeat Never talk to a Marine or a K9 trainer in a disrepectful way unless you personally provoked such a response with your own stupidity or BS.



For those people reading this message and considering his care for your pet, here is one thing you need to know about Dr. Mills and one of his most endearing qualities, he has a very low tolerance for STUPIDITY and BS. So anyone that leaves the kind of ridiculous comments about this Doctor clearly must have fallen into one of these two categories or both and his practice and other customers like me are better for your departure..



So, the bottom line, this is one of the best vets in town. However, if you are subject to being a whiny sniffling little wuss who has a tendency to produce unnecessary amounts of drama and BS you might want to see another vet. I for one will stick with my rock steady Dr. Bruce Mills, I will trust the man with the life of my pets anytime.

This vet is crazy...Im a k9 handler who has been using him for years with my shepherds...

I made an inquiry about a bill once very recently after having my female spayed there, and he sent me insulting letters telling me that I could go to val-u-vet if I didnt like their pay structure. He put my dogs records in the letter as well so it would be easy for me to take my business elsewhere.

I did not want to go anywhere else and that was not my issue to begin with.

When I called to inquire what the letter was all about, I got yelled at, cussed at, and hung up on. He told me he refused to apologize and I was no longer welcome at their place of business (ALL FOR ASKING A QUESTION!!!) I was acting professionally and this grown man was acting the role of a kindergartner.

He is super unstable and his professionalism in dealing with clients has much to be desired. I had reccomended many people to him in the past including my major K9 company I work for...I will now have to rescind all those reccomendations.

PLEASE< please please...if you care about your pet and you like to be treated fairly, do NOT go to this man. DR Bruce Mills is a crazy person and unstable. Its not a question of whether you will have a bad experience with him, its only a matter of how long it will take for it to happen. Good luck, please find another vet though.
