La Mesa RV

On two different occasions now I have attempted to make contact with Lamesa Rv in Sanford, Fl. The first wast to speak with some one about generator repair...I called and after finally getting through on their phone line, I was told that the service dept was out to lunch and asked to leave a name and number, which I did. I NEVER received a return call, forcing me to take the generator to Cummins South on OBT in Orlando...very glad I did. On my second attempt to contact them today, I received constant busy signals. When I was finally able to get through, the line just rang and rang for over 2 minutes before I hung up. Subsequent calls kept getting busy signals. It's obvious that they don't value their potential/current customers and I will NOT do business with them in the future. There are too many other businesses that are eager to serve you (especially in out tight economy). Steer far away...for repairs I recommend Cummins South-407-298-2080.

I took my travel trailer in for an inspection after being in storage for an extended period. Some issues were found and I had the repairs made. One repair was the gas valve in the furnace. Whatever tech did the repairs tracked oily dirt all over the floor including the carpet. I think for $150. per hour. labor charges they could put paper down or cover the floor.

I wrote a previous review of LaMesa and our buying experience,and,after a 3month trip,we had a few repair issues. I figured the real test of this dealership was going to be their service. I was exceptionally happy with the service department,eapecially with Nathan,who addressed each of our concerns. The repairs were made quickly and completely. I cannot say enough for this dealership! We have had all -arou d the best experience,and highly recommend it.

I just bought my first tt from Ryan what a stellar employee he is. I passed 3 or 4 other rv dealerships because Ryan was so awesome he went over n beyond the call of duty to help me. He made the buying process a pleasure. He would answer my calls n tex whether he was working or his day off. Awesome employee! !!!

Terrible customer service and attitude, go to camping world or any other place in the area. DONE WITH THEM!

Terrible service, the Parts lady has an awful attitude ,any time you are trying to buy something you want to walk away from that place, don't understand how customer service people can lack the basic skills. I ended up my transaction and run away without buying the rest of the things..

Very slick and decietful sale people. Make sure all figures are what they tell you on trade-ins. Got suckered on a low trade-in deal when promised I was getting more. So know your figures before you sign!!!!

Finally an RV service department we can trust and recommend. We've been dealing with our faulty Dometic refrigerator for 18 months with other service departments that couldn't fix it. We decided to try LaMesa. They fixed it. No excuses, no doubletalk, no delays. They simply fixed it. Very impressed with their expertise and extra effort.

We had a great experince with Shane in the service department, he even came in on his day off (Saturday) with a technician and fixed our water heater free of charge. the following weekend we had trouble getting the generator working, and they send out a mobile technician to fix what happend to be an operator error. Super customer service.
