AAA Insta-Move Inc. Moving and Storage

I am sorry you had any issues on your move. Our Movers did warn you that the large restaurant equipment would not go out the way you wanted and would damage walls and equipment. You said you did not care and to get the equipment out as fast as possible. Our movers told you the equipment would need to go over the counter to go out and you wanted to save time and do it the other way. In the end we still took most of it over the counter. You expected the movers to move the items out in 2 hours we told you up front that was not a reasonable expectation. We were loading your PODS and you did not provide or rent Pads from PODS or want to purchase pads so we had no way to protect your goods. We also told you not to pack the POD the way you were wanting to pack it because you would not have enough space. Got down to the end and you wanted to repack it again because it did not fit as our movers tried to tell you but you did not want to listen. You did call at the office at the end when you were frustrated about the items not fitting in the Pods and we did ask you how we could make the situation better at that point you basically told us never mind and hung up on us. I am sorry you were not happy with the move but in this case I believe you had unreasonable expectations for what you wanted done.
