I went on opening night because I am happy to see new businesses open up in my area and wanted to support. My guess was that the service would probably not be great but was pleasantly surprised by even that. We started with the mussels and the clams (why stop at one?) and they were great. The clams were in a light buttery sauce and the mussels were served on a bed of red sauce (that was delicious for dipping - try it with the rolls too). They both had a great flavor and were good size appetizers. The house salad dressing (to me anyway) was like a combination Italian vinaigrette and Greek salad dressing. It seemed to have combined the best of both and was yummy. The spanakopita was one single large serving with a lot of filling. It was delicious. I will share that with my dinner companion next time I go. I loved the garlic/olive oil that was served with the rolls. You'll notice I don't comment on any of the dinners (though my husband had the meatballs and loved them). That's because the appetizer menu was so good I wanted to try everything on it so I had no room for a dinner serving after that. I can't wait to try the pizza or the eggplant parmesan on my next visit. Again, it was opening night so the servers hadn't yet worked out ALL the kinks but everyone was friendly and willing to help. I have already recommended to a couple co-workers and my sister-in-law. I will definitely be back soon.

Our family of four had dinner at Gio's Cafe last night! Wow! What a treat! Silva was our server and he did a great job of making recommendations! I had the Shrimp & Scallops Riviera. My wife ordered a Pepperoni Calzone. Our boys ordered the Pizza con Carne. We had the fried calamari and mozzarella sticks as our appetizers. Also, I ventured out with the Blue Moon draft beer (one of the 20 draft beers to choose). Silva said they had 45 bottled beer choices as well. The food was at our table within 30 minutes and boy was it delicious! We all enjoyed our own choices but shared among ourselves too. All the food was excellent. My Blue Moon draft beer was kind of special too and served with a slice of an orange. Lastly, we ended our meal with Ultimate Chocolate cake and the Tiramisu. Both were very yummy and fresh! Bruce F. I like it, good coffee nice owners. Pastries look Schweet, I did have a longjohn covered in caramel and smothered in bacon, yes bacon, I love it. Best wishes to the owners.
