I just recently purchased a used MR2 Spyder from Evolution Auto and I could not be happier with my experience. My reasons for choosing Evolution Auto were pretty simple. I need a dependable car and I was also looking specifically for an MR2. EA had exactly want I wanted, and it fact, the car was even better than expected. I had previously worked with Carmax several years ago when I purchased my first MR2. I had a great experience with them, but I can honestly say, that I enjoyed my time more at Evolution Auto. My fiancé and I were very impressed with the fact that we could speak with a lender face to face and plead our case. This is hardly the case at a majority of other dealers, where all they see are numbers and not the actual individual or their character. We felt taken care of, and we know that we were given a chance to reestablish ourselves credit wise, and we could not be more grateful to this company for allowing us to do this. Our sales person was Derek and he's a joy to work with. He's was very pleasant and patient the entire day and we never felt pressured by him. He really did make the process so simple and we thank him for that. We even loved our finance manager. He was such an entertaining and knowledgeable individuals, and we traded stories while he completed our paperwork. I had read several reviews before visiting EvolutionAuto and can honestly say that they were all true. This place is the best!

After my experience with their service department today, I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet . On first call, I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They answered promptly and were very professional. I spoke to a customer care professional by the name of Ty. He was on the ball. He took my basic information and assisted me with directions to their facility. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly. It was nice to be able to ask for someone by name. It alleviated the unnecessary explaining and re-explaining of the issue to multiple service personnel. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. There was complimentary refreshments, big screen LCD televisions, and very comfortable chairs that afforded even a bigger person like myself enough room to sit and not feel crowded in. I bought my 2016 Subaru Outback in December 2015. Because I had 2 horrendous experiences with Space Coast Honda (lying, deceitful employees) I was not looking forward to buying another car. As it turned out, I am ecstatic that this whole process was straightforward. The internet price was exactly the same as the sales contract. No hidden charges, no paper shell game. I've been back to the service department for my first oil change service and again, no drama. The check in process was efficient and the car was ready when promised. It's a shame I can't get this same level of service closer to home, but it's worth the drive to do business with an honest dealership.
