I have been dealing with this company for the last two years since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I have not run into any problems, The staff are always courteous, replenishment supplies always on time. when I initially had problems with sizing of masks they responded with various sizes to try at no charge and were helpful guiding me as what to look for which made a large difference in the comfort and effectiveness. I have no financial interests with this company and work in a hospital. Not sure what the other folks ran into but I have never had these issues.

Can you say scam artists?



10 years of buying cpap supplies and I've never been billed a dime with medicare. Now these thiefs are billing me and claiming the insurance only covers 80%. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I'll be reporting their shady business practices to medicare.

Do NOT use this company. HORRIBLE customer service. Never ending saga of being billed for stuff I returned (and confirmed delivery receipt). Repeated incompetence. Billing practices are questionable, staff is incompetent, they say they will call you back...and after weeks you still don't hear from you. I honestly wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

Run Away!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This company practices Fraudulent Billing! BE Warned!



I purchased a new CPAP from them and paid CASH when I picked it up Ben was very helpful getting my unit and setting it up the customer support from the sales side was wonderful. BUT about 6months later i got a past due invoice in the mail! PAST DUE?! I PAID IN FULL- IN CASH. So needless to say I was alarmed and then there was monthly charges for something I NEVER agreed to. This was simple cash and Carry. I called the Murray location and after having some major issues getting ahold of the right people. Ashley assured me that this was a mistake and I did pay in full and no need to worry, She'll take care of it. Just last Week I got a Final Due Notice In the mail (Are we keeping track? That's 2 counts of Mail Fraud so far) and this morning I got my first harassing call from their Collections Department. I called the office and sure enough they confirmed that I DID pay in Full and they don't know what is going on. I am sure I will get this resolved however I am concerned for all those people out there who are not so aware of what is right and what is fraudulent. Are they just taking a medical bill and paying it? HOw many People have they done this to? Is our insurance companies blindly paying claims for things that have never been done or for things that have been paid for already? Smells like a scam to me.

Never, ever deal with this company. We were never billed until over a year after receiving the cpap supplies and then threatened with collections by the billing person, Ashley, who was very rude to us when we asked questions about the bill. We began making payments, but every time I tried to call to make a payment, Ashley never answered her phone and she took over a week to return my calls. Her voice mail states that it takes 7-10 business days for her to return calls, which is ridiculous. After failing to get a hold of a person to make payment, I mailed a check to pay off the balance due. A week later, my credit card was charged without my authorization. I am still trying to get a refund of that charge. There are many medical supply companies to choose from and I would definitely stay away from this one.

Tibro Medical (Tibro is part of Orbit Medical) is a business you should try to avoid. I will get to the reasons in a minute. You have many choices in getting medical supplies and I personally believe you should go to companies that are trustworthy and interested in customer service. My issue with Tibro Medical deals with C-PAP supplies. I have always gotten my supplies from Orbit and then Tibro Medical. It had been years since I have ordered supplies since I have a pervious balance that I am still paying off due to the fact I was not actually billed for 2 to 4 years after receiving the products. Well my first question to Tibro was if I was covered. After a week and having to take the initiative to call the sales team back, I was informed that my supplies where covered and that I was in-network. This was my mistake, trusting a company to inform me correctly about my insurance status. After all the years, I have always asked and received and honest answer from companies about my coverage. Well, thanks to Tibro Medical I will be double checking any medical company I do business with(It only takes one bad company to ruin for the others I guess). What I was not informed by the company was that Tibro Medical was out of network. I learned this when I received my EOB from my insurance company. When I called the company they did admit to being out of network at this point, and would return all unopened material, but would not budge from taking back from open materials, I talk to several managers. The sales manager correctly stated that I should have known my insurance better, but would not admit to the obvious fact that it was my mistake for trusting Tibro Medical. That day, I contacted the better business bureau which takes two days to submit a complaint. Two days after discuss the issue, and the day of my complaint was sent to Tibro Medical from the better business bureau, I get my first and only ever call about my past due amount that took them 2 -4 years to even bill me (and making payments on). Interesting timing don’t you think? You can make your own decision and you should double check to make sure a company is really covered, but is this the kind of company you want to do business with? I know my answer.
