I went to car wash on 1/19/10 and card reader voice response kept saying "processing transaction" and after waiting "Im sorry card cannot be processed at this time".

I swiped my card 3 times and after not being able to get out of area or car washed I had no way to get out of line.

Finally a store employee came over and I was so annoyed I said "just get me out of here". The staff pulled the arm up and I left extrememly annoyed. My bank statement the end of January showed three $7.00 charges on my card. My bank printed it and I went to store and enployee talked to me as in disbelief and took my statement and I was told will be contacted that day by owner. Well, here we are six days later, no call and when I called this morning and asked Linda had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for owner name and she told me they were not allowed to give this info out to anyone. Once again, left my name and number and at the mercy of the owner, who ever they may be, to call me back. Meanwhile my bank account is $21.00 short and no priority on getting a dissatisfied customer satisifed, even if they gave me car wash credits. If you choose to use this facility it will be pleasant as long as you don,t have any problems. Hopefully, the owners will learn how customer service is the best advertisement in a small area of Perkins. Good Luck. . .
