After almost 3 years with Johnson Utilities I get a bill with 7x's the normal use and they call me a liar and tell me I have a leak. Even after I've had a plummer and landscaper come out to check my property, they still tell me that there's nothing they can do.... its my problem.... I live in a single household with NO pool, NO grass, and only TWO plants to water. How is it possible to use 40K gallons of water in less then a month. Then, they call ME a liar!!! Where did I put 40K gallons of water????? This is the worst company ever. They have horrible customer service and don't care. They treat all their customers with such disrespect. I am thinking of selling my house and moving out of San Tan Valley, just so I can get a utility company that has some respect for their customers.
Wow. I have never experienced a company that was so incredibly incompetent. I just got set up with them and I am already having problems getting bills from them, as well as them receiving and applying my payments accurately. I'm not sure how they are even still in business. It also appears that several complaints have been raised against them through the BBB. Working with them is an absolute joke. Get it together!

WE OWN NO POOL, WE ARE A FAMILY OF 4. 2 YOUNG KIDS AND WE ALWAYS USE BOTTLED WATER FOR DRINKING. OUR BILLS ARE NEVER UNDER $150/MONTH, SOMETIMES, OVER 200.
THEY USE A METER (FOR WHICH THEY CHARGE A $40 YEARLY FEE), I HAVE DEMANDED THEM TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS B/C THE PARTS ARE UNPLUGGED. THEY SEND THEIR BILLS ON THE 1ST, AND YOU MUST PAY BY THE 15TH OR GET CHARGED A LATE FEE... THE BILL ARRIVES BY THE 3 OR 4TH (WORSE IF THERE IS A HOLIDAY). THEIR OFFICES ARE OPEN ONLY THROUGH 4:30PM, AND THEY ARE OUT 1 HOUR AT NOON

This company is the WORST utilities company I have ever used. The past year has been a horrible year in using them as my water/sewage ompany. Unfortunately in Queen Creek you have no choice but to use this company, but BEWARE!! The company charges ""privalege fees"" in order to use their service because and I quote ""Queen Creek was suppossed to be bigger and we were expecting a larger community, so we have to charge you just to use our service"". After paying a $250 deposit they still charge ""a water minimum"" of $27.00 per month and a ""sewage fee minimum"" of $38.50 per month. I live by myself and only use $3.00 worth of water per month, yet my bills are always $70+. Pretty horrible if you ask me.. Also BEWARE when you try calling the company I have never been on hold less than 35 minutes.
