Frozan is warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She is very accommodating with scheduling. She is talented and knowledgeable in everything she does. She gives great advice and tips without over selling anything or pushing her products, she genuinely cares about you and your needs. I love going to see her and I always leave happy and satisfied with my visit. She is all-around a great person!

I visited this place after seeing results with one of my friend who had treatment here. I took an appointment through my friend and received a free consultation. Woohoo!!! I met Frozan who is the person to examine and treat the clients. Frozan examined my skin and explained me the root cause of the issues going on in my face. I have severe acne marks on my face and I am here at this place looking for an even skin tone on my face and also to look younger than before.



Frozan recommended me to go for 6 sittings of Microdermabrasion to see a huge difference. 3 or 4 sittings will make you see some change. She gave me the same price as my friend and I agreed to proceed for the first sitting during my consultation appointment. I saw change in my face on second day after treatment, looks very fresh. I had my second appointment after 2 weeks later. This time she did deep cleaning and peeling of my skin, I would say it's not painful. I am very happy and satisfied after my second sitting and I strongly recommend this place if any of you are experiencing same acne issues. My third appointment is scheduled after 2 weeks from now. Let's see and I am hoping to see a huge difference after my third sitting. If everything goes well, I would pay for my next 3 more sittings as recommended by Frozan.

I saw a Groupon coupon for Microdermabrasion treatment at Indulgence. I took an appointment and met Frozan at Indulgence. My problem was to get rid of black spots on my face and to look younger. Frozan was the person who treated me with utmost care. I really liked the way; she approaches her client in a professional manner. She examined my skin and explained how the skin behaves due to the way we take our food and sleeping habits. I was impressed by her consultation and interested for the treatment. She matched the price what is listed in Groupon.



I started my first sitting with Frozan and I noticed changes right after the treatment. I was looking much younger and I feel my skin was smoother than before. Frozan scheduled my second appointment 2 weeks later. Second session was little deep cleaning/peeling and after few days I noticed some pimples on my face. I called Frozan and she mentioned it is due to deep cleaning and peeling of skin. I started to see my results much better after second sitting. My third session happened after 2 weeks of my second session. This time the treatment was same as what I experienced during my first session. After a week time of my third session, I see some difference in my face, all the tiny spots were reduced to minimal and skin looks much softer and younger.



Frozan recommended me initially that I have to go through 5 -6 sittings to see a complete change. I would recommend this place if anyone is experiencing same issues like me. FYI - One of my friend started his treatment after seeing my results.

Frozans office and spa room are very clean, inviting, comfortable & relaxing.



I went to her for a specialized acne facial and by the time the facial was over I decided to purchase the six facial package instead because I loved my experience so much. She offered professional advice, explained in great detail the reason and cause of my condition and answered every single question I had. She not only provided the best facial I've ever had, but she also has worked to provide a treatment plan for me and really works hard to give you beautiful skin.



I am 3 facials in to my package I bought and just told her yesterday at my appointment that I honestly don't remember the last time my skin looked this good and felt this healthy. She put me on a new face cleansing regimen which has completely helped transform my skin. I had no idea that my old cleanser was not a good match for my skin type and was actually making my situation worse.



I also took advantage of her offer for eyebrow tint. It looks great! I'm looking forward to skipping that step in my morning makeup routine.



Frozan has been fantastic. I highly doubt my visits will end when I've finished my six appointments and that I will be a long term client of hers. You will not be disappointed.
