Was a big fan of the cardio kickboxing class and really thought the owner/instructor was great. However, once you get on his bad side WATCH OUT! When my membership had expired, his third party billing company renewed another 6 months which I didn't authorize. I attempted to work it out with the owner Josh in a civilized/fair way and instead he became very defensive and hostile and sent me an email that included the following: ""You're not the only one who has argued the legality of our contract....If you wish to change anything you said, I will be willing to hear it and possible allow you to come back and work out with us- and even possible give you a credit for your loss- but at this point you have pissed me off and I feel you have said your final comments. P.S. I have no obligation to refund you even $1, ..... I just spent 30 minutes on you which you don't deserve."" He has continued to call me stupid on any occasion he can. The man is very unprofessional. Don't sign up for any membership otherwise you will have to fight for your money if you ever want to cancel.

Since I started the kickboxing class last August, I have had more energy, built up my endurance for riding my dirtbike, not to mention getting more toned & the loss of inches all around! Josh is an AWESOME instructor & the workouts always keep me on my toes. If you're looking for a fun, versatile workout, then you should definitely try his kickboxing class!!! It's addicting...

We have been associated with Harding Teakwnodo for about 4 years now. We are very pleased with the coaching/teaching and facility. We are going to be working with Mr. Harding all the way through black belt for my kids.... If you have not had your kids in Taekwno-do, I would definitely urge you to visit Harding TaeKwon-do and have your kid participate there
