Marin Door To Door

A friend told me about Marin Door To Door and thats how we got hold of them .



My wife and I and our two kids experienced the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. A few months back when we were on our way back from Europe our connecting flight from JFK to SFO got delayed more than 2 hrs. After 24 sleepless hours we finally landed a little after midnight. Immediately we called Marin door to door to see if our reservation was still valid, the young lady who answered new all about our delayed flight. The van was already on its way to the airport and the wait for the van was no more than about 10-15 mins. SF was raining, freezing, and just misrable. But our driver was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful with our luggage. Due to late night there was no conversation in the van, once we arrived home I woke my wife and kids who had been extremely exhausted from our trip. Surprisingly this is not where the story ends.



The next day I received a call from them asking me if we had left anything inside the van. During the voyage we had left a small backpack under the seat which was full with all of our gadgets and since we still had not yet unpacked we had no idea we had left anything behind until they had called to let us know.

I have been using the service for the past 12 years while travelling they do wonderful job and great price‎

The driver was well over an hour late picking me up from a very late night flight. They gave me a discount on both fares which they refused to honor. After complaining to an extremely verbally abusive woman who claimed to be the manager I decided to pay the full fare and she declined to accept it because it would be on a credit card and according to her "it wouldn't be worth it." When I finally found some cash the driver verbally assaulted me with obscenities and racial slurs in front of my entire neighborhood. I now wish I had called the police. This was a man and I am a woman and could have been greatly harmed physically. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
