My rating is only about a Wal-Mart employee name Anthony at the customer service checkout. He was very knowledgeable about my needs & handled it well. A female employee that worked next to him was also pleasant that day. Unfortunately his manager lacked customer service skills & was clueless about Wal-Mart's credit card policy. I had more knowledge about how it worked. I expressed to his manager that she didn't know what she was talking about. Unfortunately I was angry & was heard setting her straight by other customers. Anthony asked if he could help resolve my issue. His manager said yes & walked away. He had me checked out in no time. Thank u Anthony! Because of ur great customer service skills I will shop again. I request u be promoted to management & ur manager demoted. The manager needs to learn Wal-Mart's policys before taking on such an important roll. I rate the manager 0 stars = F-.
People have good days and bad, but when I called the shoe department to ask if they had a size, they were very helpful and were willing to put it on hold for me. So it all depends on who you get that day and also what day it is for that particular person.
