Staff were helpful but there were things that were not conveyed to us when we placed our relative in Atria memory care. Like they could not help feed the person when they could no longer feed themselves. Living a considerable distance from Hillsdale, we tried to communicate questions and information via email but were told if we continued sending emails, they would charge more money. The actual staff caring for the family member were thoughtful and very helpful. We were able to get Hospice involved which was probably the best decision we made.
