Love this place and the owners & staff! Best garlic Knotts in all of San Diego! Service is great and the up grades are perfect. The skate boards and local memorabilia make it a fun place. Always clean and a lot of attention to detail. My favorite place for pizza, etc. ❤️ 😍

Wow. Aside from having really bland pizza and a very limited array of choices, their service get's really bad when they have any kind of line. Their problem is that they have one person who takes orders AND gets drinks. So when you have a line of 10 people (my son's Lacrosse team, for example), it takes FOREVER to place your order. This is a consistent problem with this restaurant - I've been here four times with my son's sports teams.



In this case, I was about 10th in line. It took me 20 minutes just to get a soda for my boy. When I had the nerve to say something to the guy at the register about having someone else fill the beverages so he could concentrate on taking orders and speed things along, the manager came out and asked me what MY problem was. I explained the situation. Instead of apologizing, she condescendingly asked me if I had any restaurant experience and "thanked" me for "wasting her employee's time". (I actually do, as well as experience in operations but the root of the problem was easy to identify anyway.)



Since the customer's time is so much less important at this place, and since there are so many other options in the area, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere for more enjoyable food and beverages, and a more customer-friendly atmosphere. I suggest Rossi's if you want better service and nicer people.
