WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Diane (who claimed to be the owner) was incredibly rude, negligent, and unprofessional. The staff and the store's owner lacked any significant knowledge about their products - while shopping, we asked about availability of the products, we were told the mattress we were considering was in stock however 10 minutes later (without ever checking inventory - a back room, the computer, etc.) we were told that it was not - when I inquired about the discrepancy, I was informed that they had just sold the last one. I then asked how that was possible given that there were only 3 customers in the store - Couple #1 who had chosen not to purchase anything and left (SMART COUPLE) - Couple #2 who were still deciding (and looking at a completely different style mattress) and us. Unable to provide a legitimate answer, the owner then became defensive and belligerent - THIS STORE, IT'S STAFF, AND THE OWNER SERIOUSLY LACK THE INTEGRITY NEEDED TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!
