Dr. Hosn earned his Doctor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He then proceeded to spend the next seven years in residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, which has been consistently recognized as one of the top five surgical hospitals in the United States. There he completed his training in both General Surgery as well as Plastic Surgery, performing over 3000 operations during his tenure.

Botox
With age, faces begin to show the effects of gravity, sun exposure and years of facial muscle movement, such as smiling, chewing and squinting. The underlying tissues begin to break down, often leaving laugh lines, smile lines, crow’s feet or facial creases over the areas where muscle movement occurs. Injectables such as Botox and Dysport relax these muscles to decrease the lines resulting from facial animation.
Brow Lift
Brow lift procedures restore a more youthful, refreshed look to the forehead and eye area. The muscles that cause furrowing between the eyes can be contoured and smoothed. Brow lifts can be performed non-surgically using injectables. A surgical brow lift involves removing or shifting extra skin to smooth the forehead and raise the brows.
Eyelid Surgery
Upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) removes skin overhang in the upper eyelid, maintaining complete closure of the eyelid. This typically will lead to a more bright alert look. Lower eyelid surgery removes excess fat, excess skin and tightens the lower lid to address muscle laxity. This is a more complex procedure than the upper eyelid procedure, but excellent results can be achieved.
Liposuction
The best candidates for liposuction are healthy people at their goal weight with firm, elastic skin who have pockets of excess fat in certain areas. Age is not a major consideration; however, older patients may have diminished skin elasticity and may not achieve the same results as a younger patient with tighter skin.
Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation, technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breast. A breast implant is a silicone shell filled with either silicone gel or a salt-water solution known as saline. Dr. Hosn typically places the implants behind the muscle. Incision sites are most commonly around the areola or in the breast fold.
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction, technically known as reduction mammoplasty, is designed for women with large, pendulous breasts. The procedure removes fat, glandular tissue and skin from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter and firmer. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. The goal is to achieve smaller, better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of the body. This can in some cases improve symptoms associated with large breasts for example back or neck pain.
Breast Lift
The best candidates for a breast lift are women who are in good health and are looking to improve the shape of their breasts, relocate the nipple or remove extra skin. One of the trade offs for this procedure is the resultant scars. These can be placed around the nipple only (donut), around the nipple and vertical to the fold of the breast (lollipop incision), or around the nipple, vertical and along the breast fold (anchor). The type of incision is dependent on your anatomy and can be better defined after consultation with Dr Hosn.

Face Lift
A facelift (known as rhytidectomy) can improve the most visible signs of aging in the face and neck by removing excess fat, repositioning fallen fat pads, tightening underlying muscles and redraping the skin.
Neck Lift
Blepharoplasty
There are many ways to perform a browlift. They can be performed endoscopically (using a minimal incisions and small cameras), open with removal of skin. These procedures have their pros and cons and will be better defined during consultation with Dr Hosn. Browlifts can be performed in conjunction with face lifts to provide a smoother overall look to the face. Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) may also be performed at the same time as a brow lift, especially if a patient has significant skin overhang in the upper eyelids.
Abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty, more commonly known as a “tummy tuck,” is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure is designed to produce a flat abdomen. The trade-off is a scar that extends from hip to hip and a second scar around the belly button. Dr. Hosn devotes meticulous care and artistry to create a flat stomach with a natural-appearing belly button and to place the abdominal scar low enough to be hidden below a bathing suit bottom or underwear.
Breast Surgery
In your initial consultation, Dr. Hosn will spend the time you need to define your goals, perform a complete examination and make recommendations pertaining to possible surgical procedures that may benefit you. Our office is committed to educating you on the risks, benefits, and alternatives of this procedure. The typical patient will meet with Dr. Hosn three times before each major medical procedure in an effort to achieve a beautiful result performed as safely as possible. This is especially important for breast surgery to help define your expectations of your desired breast size and shape.

Laser Resurfacing
Soft-tissue fillers, most commonly injectables such as Restylane, Juvederm, or Radiesse can help fill in these lines and creases, temporarily restoring a smoother, more youthful-looking appearance. When injected beneath the skin, these fillers plump up creased and sunken areas of the face. They can also add fullness to the lips and cheeks. These injectables can be used to improve facial aesthetics in patients where more extensive procedures –like facelifts or laser resurfacing – are not yet indicated. They can also be used to maintain, prolong or improve the effects of facial surgery.
