This store continually has bad customer service. Walk into any department and you are most often ignored. Supervsion of sales associates is minimal. One time I asked to see an associate's supervisor and was told that the supervisor was out to lunch and will be gone for about another hour. I returned an hour later and the supervisor was done for the day and I asked the same sales associate who was his current supervisor and was told to get in the LONG customer service line.

While the electronics department seemed to be the hot spot for socializing by the staff- My husband and I are going up and down every row looking for a GPS system. We're dodging our way around the staff so we don't interupt their personal conversations. Finially.. we decide to get bold and ask one of the 15 staff DOING NOTHING in the department . This staff member happend to be talking about an unrelated work matter to his peer- who was not a staff member.
My husband asks.. Do you have any GPS systems?
The Walmart staff guy- ""Yeah"" with a empty stare back at my husband. ""..uhh..Can you TELL me where they are?"" my husband returned.
""Actually they're right here"" the staff member steps aside and points to a glass cabinet at his knees. His friend has to move. We get down to that level for a closer look. I turn around to look for the guy to ask a question.. they've moved 10 feet away and resumed their conversation. I think it would have been nice if he could have hung around for one minute- as we might have asked for the case to be unlocked.
Forget it. We'll spend 400 dollars someplace else.
Otherwise.. from what I could tell the walmart was clean that day. I've been to Walmarts that were an absolute disaster. It seemed to be put together well. Just don't ask the staff for any favors.
