St. Moritz Garden Apartments is better than a 5-star luxury hotel, the apartments are big and comfortable, the indoor pool is spectacular and it has lush garden landscaping, the property manager Jackie is the best she treats everyone with receipt and dignity, and her staff is the best in the west they go out of there way to make sure that the residents are happy. So stop and see for yourself why st, moritz gardens is the premiere apartment complex on the west coast. 5-star living at its best

She will talk around you no matter what. She says she's ALL ABOUT BUSINESS, but there is no clauseable solution unless it is her way. One person wrote in their review to bring a tap recorder when talking to her, I hightly recomend this because like i said she will talk around you and will fore you to do what ever it is the way she wants it done. Too bad I am not budging! I am leaving my leace 3 months early because I have bought a house and now that I se the way she manages I am glade I am leaving. I was late one time on my rent 7 days and never notified of oweing a late fee until I have my notice (5 months later) and got a 3 day pay or quite on my door for $75.00! Really, she had 5 months to say hey, you have a late fee and never did. I can only imaging all that I wil be charged off my deposit. I will keep you posted. I do not recoment to rent here only because the manager is mean and ruthless.

The apartment itself is very nice it's just the management (Jackie) she is the worst manager I have ever come across. She is hard to talk to because she thinks she is right about everything and has the answers to everything when she actually does nothing but make things even more difficult for the tenants. She is just evil she is the devil and does mean things on purpose. She harrasses the visitors that come through the front door; she has stopped the local newspaper we all look forward to receiving each week. She is so stuck on herself and that is all that matters to her is whether she thinks she looks good or not. St. Moritz would be a much better place once they get rid of her. I will not recommend anyone move in until they get a new manager. After you get in you are going to get hell from her and I do mean HELL. I rated the management one star but she doesn't even deserve that.
