Wow, I thought the DMV employees were slow and lazy but I found the ultimate prize in the san leandro E. 14th st. Gamestop. Managers act as they're not accountable for any customer service or how there employees work. If this was in my district and I was the Local General Manager for this store I would Clean house with all the employees and start fresh. Just cut the cancer out completetly. Start anew and hire unjaded, friendly inspired employees. People out there are looking for jobs and you have the VERY BOTTOM of the barrel working for you. I'd give this store no stars if that was possible. take your trade-ins to holywood video or independent gaming stores, not these idiots.
