I was really thrown back after a 5 minute phone call with one of the rudest people I think ever. This guy was soo disrespectful, he had no compassion or understanding whatsoever. He called me silly, yelled at me on several occasions telling me " I do not listen, or I sound very foolish". When I asked a question his only response was "you cannot expect me to have answers for you right now". He did not like me asking questions and wanting answers.I asked for a claim number and wasn’t given that. I asked for specifics on the item that injured my son and he didn’t have that. He obviously did not do his homework on the incident before calling me and was mad that he was not prepared. I explained several times that I am just a confused and worried mother, who is a little frustrated about my child being injured and acting very abnormal at the moment due to his injury. I asked him does that make sense, or does he understand it...his response was "nope not at all".
