Always a good experience at this dental office. But you will virtually always get someone different each visit, which is ok as each dental assistant is pretty well trained. Would recommend to friends an family. I give four stars as I didn't get an estimate I was supposed to get for a crown.

2500 miles from home and i need an emergency dentist! After conferring with dental personnel back home, we felt one of the two teeth was "guaranteed" to be dead. I'm very happy that after a visit to Bancroft and xrays, i was told they would most likely recover from the trauma on their own if I babied them for a month or so. I was offered to have them "splinted" to be sure but as I don't have dental insurance, I was hesitant. He reassured me I had done fine so far and he felt I would handle taking care without the splint. He could have built up the bill knowing it was a cash payment. I was charged $92 for my consult and xrays.

Most Pleased with the fast response by staff to help me during my tooth emergency. They were quick to get me in Their Extremely thorough & safe and with their PPE protocols I FELT SAFE! Wow! Honesty is the thing I love most about this office. Nothing is done without patient input and insurance verification. Whenever I had a concern: dental work, treatment options, insurance, obstacles due to my health ~ each staff member from the front desk crew to the doctors professional, friendly and on point. Coffee while you wait, smiles, even a Happy Birthday call each year :-)
