I was so dissapointed at the service at the San Leandro office, immediatly when I arrived their was only one cashier, and 3 other walking around like they didnt know what they were doing, once I was helped the cashier said I dont know how to do a title loan signing and the other cashier tried to help , but it was unsuccesful effort was not done to solve the issue, so on my way back I called loan mart and immediatly they helped and unfortunatly I have to go back for loan signing, they need customer service training and a good manager to interact this kind of problems, I have learned nothing is impossible everything can be solved, if you push a little more, not just I cant do it!

This place is fast and easy to get a loan from, the lady that helped me was Yuri she is super friendly and was easy to talk to they are the only ones in san marcos and close late on saturday. I am pretty satisfied
