If your looking for a sushi place with great taste and value sushi factory is the place for you.
My family had/has a lot of history in the Japantown area of San Jose. I like a lot of the restaurants, never wanting to try Japanese food anywhere else. When a friend suggested I try her favorite place, I went along knowing it would never be as good as the places in Japantown. Entering Sushi Mania on a Tuesday night, I was surprised to find the place packed. The food was excellent. Sushi was the freshest I had in a long time. The wait for the food was well worth it. I liked this place so much, I went again on Thursday and Friday that same week!! The staff is very friendly and I feel welcomed each and every time I visit. - Eric
I ate there only one time but I was not too impressed by the quality of food. I had several choices off the sushi boat selection but I might of been there later in the day (3-4pm) and the sushi did not look fresh. They give you several choices in terms of prices but even though I spent about 10 dollars with tip I was not left full at all. I had gotten 2 or 3 different plates and I was only about 50 percent full. I would try it again with hopefully better luck with the freshness of the fish at a later date.
