This morning, I went into the Starbucks there and left my phone. So in the afternoon i call and am put on hold for 27 MINUTES. Nobody would answer, ands of they did, they would transfer me to another part of the store! I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF MY PHONE WAS THERE!!! Because I couldn't get through to ANYONE, I had to waste my gas and drive to Safeway and personally talk to the person who was in charge. So Dissapointed, if they had GOOD customer service, this problem could have been resolved in less that five minutes, instead of all of my time that was wasted. Sorry for ranting. But yeah. Definitely won't be going there anymore.
