I visited the dealership to purchase a part. When I found out the part cost of $500 I thought it might be worth having the service group diagnose the problem. I was sent to talk to Eric Cornelius that seemed to be available. While walking towards his desk he picked up the phone. I stood in front of him for several minutes and he kept making phone calls letting customers know their car was due for service. He didn't even look at me. After his third phone call I said: "dude, do you see me standing here?" He replied yes, and I'm making phone calls. All other advisors were busy with customers. After hearing his answer I asked another advisor to get the Service Manager. Hearing this Eric looked at me and starting to laugh. The Service Manager was busy but the other advisor, seeing what was going on, apologized and told me he will help me as soon as he was done helping his customer. In the end, the Service Manger took his time coming out so I just left. I'm not going back.
