Customer service - marginal. Music so loud I couldn't even concentrate on what to order. Filled with people, waiting in line, all outdoor seats taken on weekends.
Noticed their store is not very clean too. Fingerprints/germs all over glass; appear hasn't been cleaned in long time. Floors dirty inside and outside. Insufficient parking too. Music blaring on external speakers also. Seem to be over-run, controlled by very young who have no idea about customer service. WAY over-rated cup of joe also. They need to reduce their prices to keep in line with the economy, gas prices, etc.
Peet's Coffee going to be giving them some well deserved compitition in the future :-)
