I had a bad injury about two years ago my friends and I decided to climb the cliffs at Davenport, CA. The problem began when I was up about 60 feet when I lost my grip and fell backwards to the ground below. When I hit the ground, I hit soft sand, knocking the wind out of me. I was lucky; I had only minor cuts and scrapes on my arms and legs. I was shaken up, but didn’t have much pain except where I had scrapped myself. The next morning I tried to get out of bed but my legs would not move without a lot of pain. My friend took me to the local emergency room. After what seemed to be a hundred tests and a full body scan I was placed on morphine and sent home with a plastic bag full of medications.

I had this pain for more than a month until one friend recommended me seeing Dr. Del Bene and I am so happy I did listen to my friend even I was skeptic about results of it. Pain was significantly reduced after a few adjustments.

Before I found Dr. Del Bene, I had seen one acupuncturist and 2 other chiropractors and none worked for me. Besides getting rid of back and neck pain Dr. Del Bene care has improved my life in so many areas… energy, emotional, mental clarity, sport abilities, a sense of well-being and over all enthusiasm.
