Safe Trans Transportation
I read the other feedback and frankly I have no idea what he's talking about. I've had the pleasure of working with the company for 5 years, and never once have I experienced any harassment or profane verbal assault. The management team works diligently to retain the best and brightest employees in Santa Clara. And while its no vacation, it is certain not as exaggerated or dire as the other poster makes it out to be. Obviously, it sounds like he was a former disgruntled employee, and that leads me to question why his employment was terminated in the first place.

This transportation company has a harassment in the workplace Verbally and retaliation problems. Quid pro Quo, Hostile environment. They have no Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioning. Violating policy and allowing harassment to continue. I'm here to Express strong disapproval of their forms of workplace harassment. Agencies must communicate this policy to their employees and third parties. Managers and/or supervisors who allow workplace harassment to continue or who fail to take appropriate action should be subject to disciplinary action under Policy 1.60, Standards of Conduct, including demotion or discharge. Can their human resources do something about it? or is it going to continue.
