Rent-A-Center

Ordered and new bedroom set well in advance. They told me it would be available to install several days prior to my actual available date to except delivery. Once the day comes to get delivery they don't show up to my house past 7pm! I had to call to see if they were still showing.. they go in starting to but things together and they realized they forgot a box which had the main rails to the bed! I excepted everything and for the mean time but they said they can come back until Thursday. Once they guys leave I had to move the head board because it was could fall while we sleep if we had left it were they guys left it. Well once of the legs came right off... The head board had been cracked right were the screws had been put. I called right away and they were no help I tried sending pictures they wouldn't help I asked them to come look and they tell me they will try to squeeze me in. They told me there store manager would call and nothing. I called them late afternoon. A guy tells me that he would be here between 5-6 and guess what no one showed nor did they call. I'm over this company.
