Making that phone call to Curtis was the best decision I have ever made. At first I was very nervous, scared, and shy but as soon as I met with him he made me feel very comfortable. His professionalism goes above and beyond. I told him that my goal was not only to lose 204lbs but to also become physically and mentally stronger. I also wanted to live my life without limits and be able to do things without worrying whether I’m going to fit or not. He told me he would get me there the healthiest and safest way. He kept his word. In a year I lost a total of 162lbs. Considering the massive amount of weight that I lost in so little time, I don’t have much excess skin. My heaviest was 334lbs, size 28 pants. Now I weigh 150lbs, size 8 pants and have lost a total of 184lbs. I have 20 more pounds to go, to reach my ultimate goal. Now, I’m not afraid of trying new things. I feel like I’ve been reborn but with all this knowledge and can now face the world and anything that comes my way. I have accomplished numerous things. Like run a half marathon, rock climbed, hiked, and are trying different things like yoga, pilates, and soon water rafting plus much more. My attitude towards life has change dramatically.



Curtis is definitely an extraordinary person. He has an enormous amount of patience, he is motivating, positive and has the knowledge to get you wherever it is that you wish to be. Not only does he go that one extra mile but ten times more than that. Never gives up on you and makes the impossible possible. If your goal is to lose 10, 50, 200 or more pounds he will get you there. He is not the kind of trainer who only gets you half way but all the way to the finish line. Whatever it is that you desire to do, whether it be boxing, acquire a better posture, run marathons, triathlons, or regain your health, this is the trainer to call. He will give you more than what you ever expected. He is truly the whole package!

Calling Curtis is the best thing I ever did for myself. I was overweight and previously had rotator cuff surgery. A year after surgery I still had shoulder pain, my surgeon gave me two options, have a second surgery or get in the gym and build muscle to support my shoulder. As I was overweight I never saw that as a viable option so I did nothing for another year. I had been a bowler for 26 years and was not able to bowl or hold my arm up over my head without pain for more than few seconds. Finally, I decided I wanted my life back and did not want more surgery. I called Curtis and he had a plan for me. With his help I have my shoulder back, I can bowl again and do whatever I want with my arm. I have lost 87 lbs so far and I am in charge of my body. For over 30 years my body had been in charge of me - no more! In addition I am now off blood pressure and cholesterol medicine - my doctor is thrilled and so am I.



This has been hard work but I must say that Curtis has been instrumental in my transformation. He is so supportive and encouraging. I never dreamed I would be able to do the things he has gotten me to do. I look forward to each and every session, I know he will challenge me but yet it is still fun - I love training with him. When you are severely overweight everything seems impossible - well, now everything is possible!
