Dr. Dee's Appliance Repair

Our washer stopped working right when I wanted to do my laundry before going on vacation. I really need someone to come fix it right away and so I called and left messages for a couple of different companies.



Dr.Dee's Appliance Repair called me back right away the next morning and was able to schedule me for an appointment that afternoon. Thank goodness the technician have the parts in his van and my washer was fixed right then and there.



Yay to vacation time with washed clothes =). I'll definitely use them again if I need anymore repair.

My only criticism is that the technician did not phone prior to a scheduled appointment to inform me that he was on his way to my home. However, some of the blame for that falls on me as I did not specifically inquire of the dispatcher whether or not this service was offered. The technician arrived for my appointment approximately one hour early. I was just about to leave my house for a short errand and had I not been delayed I might have missed the appointment. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service. The technician, who was very friendly and polite, was also very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem, he had the tools and parts on hand to make the repair immediately, he cleaned up completely after himself, and the price was kept within the estimate that he gave me before he started the work. I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to use or refer Dr. Dee's in the future.
