I am Robert and I want to say something about my personal experience with Tony Signorelli at Courtesy Chevrolet! I inquired at courtesy Chevrolet for a new Camaro. My response came from a guy named Tony who told me that the exact car I wanted was rare and that there was just too much distance between the car and the dealership to make the deal make sense. He explained that at such a distance that there would be charges related to getting the car. He then asked me for my input... I have wanted this Camaro for a very long time and since there was only 1 left like I wanted, I told him to go ahead and get the car for me and I would pay shipping... He took a deposit and said he would start on Monday, this was Sunday. I also had another dealership looking for me and when I got home the guy from Fremont called me and told me he could get me the car, quoted me a lower price than Tony and so I called Tony and cancelled my order... He was easy and calm about the whole thing although he said he was confised because he couldn't find another car... 1 week goes by and no call from Fremont... I check in and they say... we will have it here in a couple of days! So I wait another week and there is still no car... I realize that they are just waiting for one to come into the area so they can get it for me... I cancelled the order, it took me another week to get my credit card reversed and then I called Tony... The car was still available and our deal never changed! He got me the car and I am driving it today! I love my Yellow Camaro 2SS and I am thankful that I met a guy named Tony Signorelli

I have dealt with this dealership 2x. Both times they have gone the distance for me. Pulling a transmission to ease my worries (found out normal for corvette -checked vette forums too). Did put in a factory mod just to ease my mind. 2nd time questioned the lifetime about my brakes and dealership really helped out on pricing when I explained my point of view.

If you can find a mechanic elsewhere I would suggest going else where! \r \r I brought my Blazer in for its 30k tune up about a year ago and received the vehicle back with two of the wires that attach to the spark plugs disconnected. Thank you to the tow-truck driver that helped me to get them re-connected in a Safeway parking lot. \r \r About a year later I took the Blazer in again to Courtsey Chevrolet for a fluid leak. They replaced my water pump gave me my vehicle back and it continued to leak the radiator fluid. So, I brought it back to them thinking they installed a flaky water pump. No, not the case. My original water pump was fine and this time they replaced a intake manifold gasket. Lets see if this really fixes the problem\r \r The employees in the parts and service kiosks seem friendly enough but the I can't afford to continue to pay for repairs I don't need and improperly diagnosed. Because, let me tell you, these are not cheap repairs! \r \r I've been burned by them twice now, it won't happen a thrid time.
